Please tell us about your experience with ClientLook:

Our overall experience with ClientLook has been very good! The customer service support is top notch; the platform is easy to use and intuitive and it provides us with all of the tools that we need to run our day-to-day business. ClientLook is a key component in all aspects of our brokerage business. Prospecting for business, winning assignments, and fulfilling client requirements are integrated into our team ClientLook account. The fact that it is a web-based platform is a huge advantage since we can log-in from anywhere, and now with the new iPhone app we are constantly connected. ClientLook has been a great way for our team to stay organized allowing for rapid growth.

How easy was it to get your data converted into ClientLook?

Getting our data converted into ClientlLook was an absolutely seamless process. We created Excel spreadsheets with cells that matched the ClientLook database, and then the customer service team took over from there. They imported everything quickly, which saved us a ton of time and gave us the ability to be up and running with ClientLook immediately.

What CRM solution were you using previously?

Prior to using ClientLook CRM, we were using several basic applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel. We had spreadsheets, emails, and files stored on our computer and in Dropbox. ClientLook makes it easy for us to store everything all in one place.

What features do you like the most about ClientLook?

The Virtual Assistant is awesome and hands down the best feature! We utilize their services on almost a daily basis to import data and keep my contacts, properties, and deals updated. We also enjoy the new iPhone app. We can update or input data from anywhere. It is especially easy on the go, when we are in the field. Some of the other features that we enjoy are the user-friendly interface, unlimited customer support, the ability to relate properties to a contact, the ability to add unlimited custom fields, and the built-in integrations to simplify my workflow.

Why did you choose ClientLook?

When we were looking for a CRM we looked at all of the CRM companies out there. Everything else was bulky and didn’t seem very user-friendly. The ClientLook platform is so easy to use and adaptable to our needs as a brokerage team.

How would you describe your overall experience with the ClientLook team?

Unbelievable! The ClientLook customer service support team is phenomenal. We love the ability to speak with the top guys on the phone, or send them an email directly whenever we have a question. Their response time is fast, and they are very hands on and able to answer questions quickly and accurately. We’ve grown our business significantly with ClientLook and its been a great experience.
