
Tina Lichens
General Manager, Capital Markets
Tina Lichens, General Manager at LightBox, is responsible for developing, managing, and implementing strategy for the company’s Capital Markets business with a heavy focus on advancing LightBox CRE technology products tailored for brokers and investors. Lichens is committed to stewarding the next-generation solution that seamlessly integrates prospecting, deal-matching, research and marketing, and workflow management capabilities into a single, cohesive platform.
She currently oversees operations and financial management of the firm’s Capital Markets’ business line that includes Real Capital Markets (RCM), LightBox Vision, and ClientLook. In this role, Lichens is instrumental in maintaining relationships with our core clients and holds deep relationships with strategic partners including leading CRE brokerage firms, investment firms, and debt and equity providers.
Prior to the LightBox acquisition of RCM in 2019, Lichens spent nearly two decades in progressive leadership roles supporting the platform, expanding its market position, guiding its strong growth trajectory, and helping raise its industry profile. She served RCM as a Chief Operations Officer, Managing Director, Director of Client Services, and Director of Research establishing processes and protocols that became the foundation for RCM’s success.
Lichens began her career in CRE as a senior manager at COMPS.com (later acquired by CoStar Group) where she led research report publications for Southern California markets and the Southeastern region of the U.S.
Lichens earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2022, she was recognized by GlobeSt’s “Women of Influence.” She is an established subject matter expert and thought leader within the CRE industry and regularly speaks at industry events on capital markets and investment trends across different property asset types. Lichens has been interviewed and quoted by a variety of media outlets including Bisnow, Commercial Property Executive, GlobeSt., Institutional Real Estate Inc. (IREI), Mortgage Professional America (MPA), Multifamily Executive, Multi-Housing News, REBusinessOnline, REjournals, and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
